Indesign script (for Mac) to create a label file using a preset Indesign template by importing data from an Excel file.
You can create labels from an Excel file of up to 7 columns and infinite rows using a setup panel that allows you to activate the selected columns.
Each column is identified by its header name. The header row is selectable by the relative row number.
The master page to be created (see example) must contain a text box for each selected column identified by a Script Label (see example) defined in the setup panel.
There is the possibility to select a fixed or variable master page based on the value of one of the columns in the Excel file.
